What does your MOKA GO do?

Open the card that best matches the situation you observe when using the coffee machine.

The most common cause is a flat battery or pressing the control button for too short a time.

  1. Connect the coffee machine using a USB-C cable to a suitable power adapter.
  2. Check that the cable connector is seated firmly in the charging port.
  3. Leave the coffee machine to charge for at least 30 minutes and then try turning it on again.
  4. When turning on, press and hold the button for long enough, not just for a very brief touch.
  5. Try a different USB-C cable or power adapter.
  6. If the coffee machine does not respond even after a full charge, contact COFFE2GO support.

Check the cable, power supply, and charging port cleanliness in sequence.

  1. Disconnect and firmly re-connect the USB-C cable.
  2. Check that the charging port is not wet or dirty.
  3. Try a different electrical socket or power supply.
  4. Try a different, functional USB-C cable.
  5. After prolonged storage, leave the coffee maker connected to the power supply for at least 30 to 60 minutes.
  6. If charging still does not start, please contact COFFE2GO support.
Important: The charging port must be completely dry before connecting the cable.

An obstruction may be caused by incorrect assembly, a specific capsule, coffee grounds that are too tightly packed or deposits in the water system.

  1. Check if there is enough water in the tank.
  2. Check that the capsule holder is correctly positioned and sufficiently tightened.
  3. Try a different capsule or, with ground coffee, use less and don't tamp it too hard.
  4. Select a capsule or ground coffee and start the cold brew using only clean water.
  5. If water still doesn't flow or flows only very slowly, descale the appliance.
  6. If the problem persists even after descaling, please contact COFFE2GO support.
Tip: When diagnosing, always try the flow first without the capsule and without ground coffee.

A weak flow is often related to the capsule, coffee that is too fine or too tightly packed, or possibly limescale.

  1. Try a different capsule, ideally from another manufacturer or from a different packet.
  2. With ground coffee, use less of it and don't tamp it down too hard.
  3. Check the correct fitting and tightening of all removable parts.
  4. Run a cold extraction with pure water only and monitor the flow rate.
  5. If the flow of clean water is also slow, descale the coffee machine.
  6. If the flow does not improve after descaling, please contact COFFE2GO support.

First, check if you have accidentally activated cold extraction mode.

  1. Check how the control button is pressed. Double pressing can initiate a cold extraction.
  2. Fill the coffee machine to full capacity.
  3. Fill the reservoir with clean water to the recommended volume.
  4. Start the standard heated cycle and observe the LED indicators lighting up sequentially.
  5. If the heating does not start even with a fully charged battery, do not continue to use the coffee machine.
  6. Contact COFFE2GO support and attach a short video of the issue.

The dimensions and strength of compatible capsules may vary slightly between manufacturers.

  1. Please ensure you are using a capsule compatible with the Nespresso Original system.
  2. Check the capsule for damage, dents, or deformation.
  3. Insert the capsule straight and in the correct orientation.
  4. Check the correct installation of the adapter and that the bracket is sufficiently tightened.
  5. Try a capsule from another manufacturer.
  6. If the problem recurs with different capsules, please send us a photograph of the adapter used and the capsule.

Most commonly, this is due to incorrect fitting, tightening or dirt on the contact surfaces.

  1. Stop use and allow the coffee maker to cool down.
  2. Unscrew the holder and check the correct placement of the capsule or ground coffee filter.
  3. Clean the thread and contact surfaces of coffee residue.
  4. Re-attach the bracket straight and tighten it thoroughly.
  5. Try a cycle with just water.
  6. If water continues to leak, send a photo or short video to support.
Warning: Do not tighten the holder by force or with tools.

Flashing may be related to charging, battery status, heating or an interrupted work cycle.

  1. Turn off the coffee machine and let it rest for a few minutes.
  2. Check the amount of water in the cistern.
  3. Charge the battery to full capacity.
  4. Run a test cycle with only pure water, no capsule.
  5. If the signal repeats, record the number and pattern of flashes.
  6. Please send the support team a short signalling video so that we can assess it correctly.

Taste is influenced by the water used, the coffee, the cleanliness of the parts, and the regularity of maintenance.

  1. Use fresh, clean water with no strong odour.
  2. Rinse all removable parts in lukewarm water.
  3. Run one or two cycles with plain water only.
  4. Try a different capsule or freshly ground coffee.
  5. If you haven't descaled your coffee machine for a while, please descale it.
  6. Allow individual parts to dry completely before storing.

After descaling, the system must be thoroughly rinsed with clean water.

  1. Rinse the reservoir and removable parts thoroughly.
  2. Fill the tank with clean, lukewarm water.
  3. Run a complete cold rinse without a capsule.
  4. Use fresh clean water and perform one more separate rinse.
  5. Check that the water at the outlet does not smell of descaling agent.
  6. If the flow remains significantly restricted, contact COFFE2GO support.
Important: Do not prepare coffee until the water coming out is clean and free of descaler odour.
