Information on the processing of personal data pursuant to Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of the European Union of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95/46/EC and Act No 18/2018 Coll. on the protection of personal data and on amendment and supplementation of certain laws.

 Basic provision

1. Personal data controller pursuant to Section 5 (o) of Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the protection of personal data, as amended (hereinafter referred to as „Act“) is Ján Košman - Warrior Company, ID No. 40662012 with registered office at Račianska 88B, 831 02 Bratislava (hereinafter referred to as: „operator“).

 we declare, that we treat the personal data of our customers on the basis of the legal regulations related to the protection of personal data.

3. The following must be provided when shopping and registering list of personal data about you:

  • name and surname, exact address including country (or address to be stated on the invoice),
  • optional additional addresses (if you wish to deliver to an address other than the billing address),
  • e-mail address,
  • phone number,
  • login name in case of registration,
  • the password chosen by you in case of registration.
     

In the case of a one-time purchase, registration is not required and it is possible to purchase without registration.

This personal data will be used exclusively in order to process your order and are also necessary for our accounting and billing system, where they will be kept for the period of time necessary under the relevant law-for 10 years based on the Accounting Act. The data is stored in a protected database. After registration, you can change or update your data and other settings at any time via email or by logging into your account. If you wish to cancel your registration, please ask us to do so by email. Your account will be deactivated.
We collect your personal data without consent to the extent necessary for the performance of a contract to which you are a party or in pre-contractual relations with us within the meaning of Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
We do not disclose this personal data to third parties, with the exception of organisations with which cooperation is necessary for the fulfilment of the purpose of processing - these are transport companies (Packeta) - in the scope of name, surname, delivery address, telephone number, e-mail and, if necessary, the total price of the order.

We measure your satisfaction with your purchase through e-mail questionnaires as part of the Verified Customers program, in which our e-shop is involved. These are sent to you every time you make a purchase with us, unless, pursuant to § 62 of the Act No. 351/2011 Coll. on electronic communications, as amended, you do not refuse the sending of electronic mail for direct marketing purposes. The processing of personal data for the purpose of sending questionnaires within the framework of the Verified Customers programme is carried out on the basis of our legitimate interest, which consists in ascertaining your satisfaction with your purchase with us. We use a processing agent, which is the operator of the Heureka.sk portal, to send questionnaires, evaluate your feedback and analyse our market position. We may pass information about the goods you have purchased and your e-mail address to them for these purposes. Your personal data is not passed on to any third party for its own purposes when sending email questionnaires. You can object to the sending of email questionnaires within the framework of the Verified Customers program at any time by refusing further questionnaires using the link in the email questionnaire. If you object, we will not send you the questionnaire any further.

4. If you would like to receive information about company news, discounts and promotions Ján Kosman - Warrior Company by email, we need your consent. Personal data (email) obtained for the purpose of informing you about news, promotions and discounts we process within the meaning of Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can give us your consent by ticking the „NEWSLETTER by email“ box for a period of time until revocation. By clicking on the link, you also declare that if you are under 16 years of age, you have asked your legal representative (parent) for consent to the processing of your personal data. You may withdraw your consent at any time without giving any reason, with immediate effect, in writing, by email or by clicking on the link from any information email.

5. If you need advice or have a quick question about a specific product, you can use the contact form located under the „Contacts“ page. To use the contact form you need to fill in: first and last name, email, your question, verification code to send the form, phone number is not necessary.
This personal data will be used in order to answer your query and, if necessary, to send you the information material you have requested. The information provided to us will be sent to the person responsible for dealing with your enquiry. The data you enter is transmitted via a secure https/SSL connection. Once your query has been answered and the relevant facts have been definitively clarified, your personal data processed by the contact form will be deleted.
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(a) GDPR - consent, that is necessary to process your request or provide you with the requested information.

Personal data may also be disclosed to recipients on the basis of contracts concluded in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data. Ján Kosman - Warrior Company, uses only those who provide sufficient safeguards and have put in place appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure compliance with the requirements of the Regulation and to ensure the protection of the rights of the data subject.
The recipient may be: accounting system provider, server administrator, e-shop administrator, transport service provider, administrator of the link between the accounting program and the e-shop, e-mail marketing company, collection company, Heureka.sk portal.

Data is not transferred to third countries.

What you have rights in connection with the processing of personal data?

You have the right to contact us (info@coffe2go.sk) at any time to request information and access to the processing of your personal data. You also have the right to:

  • correction of incorrect personal data and completion of incomplete personal data,
  • the right to erasure of personal data,
  • the right to limited processing of personal data,
  • the right to object to the processing of personal data,
  • the right to accuracy of personal data,
  • the right to object to profiling and automated decision-making,
  • the right to be notified by the controller of the rectification, erasure or restriction of the processing of personal data.

Data protection

We take technical and organisational security measures to protect your data from unwanted access as far as possible. For example, in addition to securing the operating environment, we use an encryption method in some areas (account, registration form). The information you enter is then transmitted in encrypted form via SSL protocol to prevent misuse of the data by a third party. Data protection will always be updated in line with the current state of the art and software.
