How does Packeta work?

  • In the cart, select the shipping method that best suits you. You can choose between delivery to your address, delivery to a Packeta pickup point, or a self-service locker, known as a Z-BOX. Alternatively, you can select one of the options offered by Packeta itself.

  • When delivering to a pick-up point or Z-BOX, use the search engine to find the one nearest to you. Thousands of physical pick-up points across Europe and self-service Z-BOXes are available.

  • Once your order is ready at your chosen pick-up point or in a Z-BOX, Packeta will send you an informational email and SMS. For delivery to a Packeta pick-up point, you will also receive a password for collecting your parcel.

  • At the pickup point, you will only need to state the password. Therefore, you can send anyone for the parcel, as they only need to know this password.

  • When delivered to a Z-BOX, all you need to collect your parcel is the Packeta mobile app, which will automatically pair with the Z-BOX and open the compartment with your parcel.
  • You can easily find out where your order is currently located in the Shipment Tracking section on the Packeta website or in the mobile app.

  • You generally have 7 days to collect your parcel.

  • We recommend downloading the Packeta mobile app, which allows you to track every movement of your parcel, extend its storage period by up to 21 days, or pay for cash on delivery.

  • Returning an item with Packeta is easy too: simply register a return in the mobile app or use the adhesive label that we'll send you in the parcel. Then, take the parcel to your nearest Packeta drop-off point and it's done!
